Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Unopened and Unused Products
Items must be in their original packaging, sealed, and in resalable condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
Return Window
Eligible items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Opened or used perfumes
• Items without original packaging or with broken seals
• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@rev-nou.com with your order number and reason for return.
Include photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.
Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) if approved.
Pack your item securely and ship it to the address provided.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Refunds will be sent back to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
